Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, analyze performance, and improve your experience. Below are the specific technologies in use:

Google Analytics 4 — We use Google Analytics 4, served in first-party mode, to measure how visitors use the Site. It sets _ga and _ga_BGN2T0HLPW, first-party cookies that expire after 400 days and are used to distinguish visitors and maintain session state. Google Analytics records pages visited, session duration, referring URL, device and browser characteristics, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Our measurement ID is G-BGN2T0HLPW. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.

Google Tag Manager — We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MX5Z355M) to deploy and manage several of the tags described in this section. Tag Manager does not set cookies of its own.

Salesforce Data Cloud — We use the Salesforce Data Cloud web beacon to connect website activity to records in our own Salesforce environment, so that we can recognize returning visitors and understand which pages lead to inquiries. It sets a first-party _sfid_4757 cookie that expires after 400 days.

Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) — We use Salesforce Account Engagement to record which pages a visitor views and to connect contact form submissions to that activity. It sets first-party visitor_id1113752 and visitor_id1113752-hash cookies that expire after one year.

LinkedIn Insight Tag — We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag (partner ID 5480940) to measure the performance of our LinkedIn advertising and to show ads on LinkedIn to people who have visited this Site. This is targeted advertising. LinkedIn sets its own cookies from the linkedin.com domain for this purpose and may match your visit to a LinkedIn member profile. LinkedIn members can opt out through LinkedIn ad preferences. If you do not have a LinkedIn account, use LinkedIn's guest retargeting opt-out.

Cloudflare — Our hosting provider, Webflow, serves the Site through Cloudflare, which sets _cfuvid for request routing and bot detection. We also use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact form to block automated submissions. These are strictly necessary security and functionality technologies.

CookieScript — We use CookieScript to present the cookie banner and to store your consent choice in a CookieScriptConsent cookie, so your selection persists on later visits.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can change your consent selection at any time through the cookie banner on this Site. The most reliable way to stop advertising cookies is to opt out directly with the provider, using the LinkedIn links above, and to block or delete third-party cookies in your browser. Apart from the advertising and analytics technologies described in Cookies and Tracking Technologies above, we do not share your information with advertisers, sponsors, or other third parties for their own marketing purposes, and we do not sell it.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below. We will respond to your request within 45 days. If we decline your request, you may appeal by contacting us, and we will respond to your appeal within 60 days.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), may provide you with additional rights. BigSolve does not sell personal information. We do share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as that term is defined under the CPRA, through the LinkedIn Insight Tag described above.
