We’re hiring a contract Salesforce Analyst to deliver best-in-class business process solutions across our client engagements.
About the Role
As a Salesforce Analyst at BigSolve, you’ll bridge stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and driving user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and goals.
- Process Analysis & Design: Map and optimize workflows using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
- Configuration & Reporting: Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and build reports/dashboards for actionable insights.
- Documentation & Training: Create detailed functional specs, user guides, and conduct training sessions.
- Collaboration: Partner with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure solutions align with business needs and scale effectively.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as a Salesforce Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and declarative automation.
- Proficiency in report and dashboard creation, data modeling, and requirement analysis.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
