We’re hiring a contract Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Consultant to deliver top-notch engagement solutions across our client base.

About the Role

As a Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Consultant at BigSolve, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Pardot/Account Engagement instances—ensuring clients generate high-quality leads, nurture prospects effectively, and measure ROI accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Architect and configure Account Engagement assets—prospect lifecycle model, scoring/grading, security and user roles.
  • Automation & Nurturing: Build Engagement Studio programs, dynamic lists, drip campaigns, and completion actions to drive lead progression.
  • CRM Integration: Manage Salesforce ↔ Pardot connector, field mappings, syncing rules, and custom object integration.
  • Lead Management: Define segmentation strategies, adjust scoring rules, and implement lead assignment/alert processes.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create dashboards and reports in Pardot and Salesforce to track campaign performance, pipeline influence, and campaign ROI.
  • Data Quality & Compliance: Develop processes for list hygiene, GDPR consent tracking, and unsubscribes.
  • Training & Documentation: Produce clear enablement materials, run user workshops, and support ongoing adoption.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Pardot/Account Engagement implementations.
  • Deep expertise in Engagement Studio, prospect scoring/grading, and the Salesforce-Pardot connector.
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead management best practices and data governance.
  • Proficiency in email deliverability, dynamic content, and form/landing page creation.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Pardot Specialist (or Marketing Cloud Consultant) certifications preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, project-management, and stakeholder-communication skills.
